Persistent code on D39PX-24 even after fix

I'm working with a D39PX-24 and I'm running into a frustrating issue. The machine had an emissions problem, got it deleted and everything's running perfect now. Power is back and no other symptoms, but I still have an active code on the dash. I've tried all the clearing methods in the mechanic screen and nothing works. I'm worried it's going to go back into a derate.

Has anyone dealt with this before on a Komatsu? It feels like the machine is still holding on to the code even though the problem is gone. Looking for a fix. I'm avoiding to drag a dealer out here for this if I can!

So, after you get rid of the emissions stuff, sometimes certain codes stick around and only the fancy dealer tools can wipe them for good. First, try disconnecting the battery for at least half an hour. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll probably need special Komatsu software or an aftermarket programmer to totally clear the computer's memory.
