I need to level a big chunk of my farm and I've been thinging about fitting a laser machine control, but I saw that there's a way to install intelligent machine control. So is the second one overkill or no? Also, how muhc of a struggle is it to get them installed and working properly?

I've been there as well, lasers are straightforward and work well for basic leveling. On the other hand, intelligent machine control (IMC) offers more precision and is ideal for larger tasks, but it can be a bit trickier to set up. If you're looking for a simple installation and don't really require advanced capabilities, go with lasers. However, if you're dealing with big projects or need something for regular use, IMC is definitely worth considering.
